Fastdrill is the new generation of spot weld drilling machines. Fastdrill has been developed in order to drill out spot welds on high- and ultra high strength steels, but also on standard steel. During the development of the Fastdrill the target was to have a smooth use with the very expensive and easy breakable carbide drill bits.

A newly developed mechanical lever is supporting the pneumatic piston to apply a pressure of 240kg to the drill bit. This is evidently increasing the cutting performance of the drill bits. Simultaneously a the Rpm's of a new developed Fastdrill gear are adjusted in a way that the life time of a drill bit can be extended at least 7 times compared to standard machines.

A big and small arch on the Fastdrill allow the most possible access to the car body panels.
